Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic Technical Sales Engineer / Senior Technical Sales Engineer (title aligned with experience) to drive business growth for our Industrial Motors division. You will identify new market opportunities, lead technical discussions, manage contract reviews,



and build lasting customer relationships nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire current B2B clients, support marketing initiatives, perform market research, and map competitor activities.
- Technical Solutioning & RFQs: Manage RFQ/SOR processes, prepare accurate quotes/proposals, and resolve technical customer queries.
- Team & Process Coordination: Guide sales coordinators and team members while collaborating with internal Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
- Contract & Quality Management: Review commercial documents (NDAs, LOIs, Purchase Agreements, POs) and maintain compliance with Sales and IATF/ISO documentation standards.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure timely payment collections and actively manage outstanding receivables.
- Exhibitions & Events: Plan and participate in trade shows, expos, and client-side technical presentations.
