Position Objective:

Drive engineering excellence by leading plant projects from concept to commissioning, optimizing manufacturing processes, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance productivity, quality, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Responsible for researching new technology and suggesting engineering project proposals to the decision-makers.
- Develop of Block Flow Diagrams (BFD), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID;).
- Ensure User Requirement Specifications (URS) are properly spelt out.
- Prepare capex proposals and submit for approvals.
- Maintain all the necessary documents such equipment lists, Process engineering calculations, material, and energy balances
- Generate project status reports.
- Interface with client and vendors to define project scope, resolve technical issues, and assist with preparation of procurement documents.




- Analyze current production procedures and standards to identify inefficiencies and propose the work methodology for process and plant engineering improvements.
- Achieve Operational Excellence via productive plant design, planning of workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout and ensure continuous improvement .
- Ensure that requirements of ISO 9001 - 2008, HACCP, FAMI-QS and other internal and international standards are implemented and maintained.
- Manage the departmental budget and controlling expenses effectively.
- Effectively hire, train, develop, and appraise staff and take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.
- Develop and present management reports and presentations as required by the management.
