Role Overview

Lead end-to-end warehousing, distribution, replenishment and inventory deployment across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead warehousing, transportation and distribution operations across APAC.
- Manage and govern
3PLs, contract warehouses, distributors and logistics partners
.
- Drive OTIF, inventory availability, service levels and warehouse performance.
- Own replenishment, inventory deployment, stock balancing and excess/obsolete inventory reduction.
- Establish 3PL KPIs, scorecards, audits and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Ensure
GDP/GMP, EHS, regulatory, safety and audit compliance
across the logistics network.
- Drive logistics cost optimization, productivity and continuous improvement.
- Support freight, warehouse and logistics contract negotiations with Procurement.
- Lead risk management, business continuity and logistics security initiatives.
- Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement,



Quality and Regulatory teams.
- Lead geographically dispersed teams and partners through
influence and virtual leadership
.

Systems

Preferred:
SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, AI/advanced analytics and logistics control tower solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations or Business.
- MBA/Master's and APICS/ASCM or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years in Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution or Supply Chain.
- 5+ years managing
multi-country logistics operations
.
- Solid experience managing
outsourced logistics networks and 3PLs
.
- Experience in regulated industries such as
pharma, life sciences, personal care, ingredients or specialty chemicals
.
- Proven ability to manage operations remotely across multiple countries, cultures and time zones.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytics, governance and cost optimization skills.
