- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, TPM, SPC to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure effective communication among team members to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments (Production, Quality, Safety) to maintain compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee manpower handling to ensure effective utilization of resources and meet production targets.
- Manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth shift planning, execution, and maintenance.
