We are looking for a warm, nurturing, and creative Waldorf-trained Pre-Nursery Teacher who understands the importance of rhythm, play, imagination, movement, and meaningful relationships in the early years.

The Pre Nursery Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children in the pre-nursery age group. This full time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves designing engaging activities that support early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional development. The teacher will manage the classroom environment, ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, and maintain a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Daily tasks include observing and documenting children’s progress, preparing learning materials, organising play-based lessons, and communicating regularly with parents or guardians. The role also includes collaborating with other staff members, participating in school events, and adhering to the school’s policies and child safeguarding guidelines.

Preferred: Waldorf-trained / Waldorf-inspired early years educator
