Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Windows System Administrator with hands-on experience in managing Windows Server environments and supporting IT infrastructure operations. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with server administration, virtualization, patching, user administration, and ITIL-based support processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
- Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
- Manage and troubleshoot VMware ESXi and vCenter virtualization environments.
- Handle SCCM operations including software deployment, patch management, and imaging.
- Manage Azure AD / IAM activities including user onboarding, MFA, access, and policy management.
- Configure and troubleshoot FTP/SFTP services.
- Support and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and other network-related components.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
- Perform Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration including users, groups, licenses, and access.




- Monitor and support backup and disaster recovery operations.
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
- Follow ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues within SLA.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Positive knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter.
- Working knowledge of SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID and IAM.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.
- Knowledge of FTP/SFTP services.
