We are looking for a skilled Shift Incharge to join our team in the Carbon Black department. The ideal candidate should have between 6 and 10 years of experience in a similar role within a carbon black manufacturing company.

Roles and Responsibility
Oversee daily operations to ensure productive production and meet quality standards.
Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within a carbon black manufacturing company.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of carbon black production processes and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
