Tool room management - Drawing study ,development of jigs /fixture /press shop dies / plastic mold, operation of machines like milling machine, CNC / Manual lathe machine , grinding machine , drilling machine etc.
Programming for CNC machine - Knowledge of programming for CNC turning and Vertical Machining centre. Knowledge of software for make the programming (i.e. Master Cam etc.)
Scrap yard and Kaizen improvement and waste management activity
Scrap sale and vendor selection knowledge.
Preferred candidate profile:
Should have sound knowledge about CNC machine (lathe/VMC) programming.
Knowledge in tool room (in Automobile industry).
Knowledge of 5's , kaizen and waste management.
Complaince.
