Role Summary
We are hiring an MD/DNB in Biochemistry with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience as Lead Consultant - Clinical Biochemistry. Based at our Jubilee Hills hub, you will hold primary clinical and diagnostic authority for the Biochemistry department, lead 2 Scientific Officers, direct NABL/CAP quality compliance across our network, and partner with tech teams to optimize LIMS automation.

Network Quality Control (NABL): Direct IQC and EQAS protocols across processing centers. Ensure strict adherence to ISO 15189 (NABL) and CAP standards, executing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA for any IQC/EQAS deviations.
Operational Leadership: Manage and mentor 2 Scientific Officers, delegating daily routine oversight, shift monitoring, and technician management through them.
Assay & Tech Optimization: Validate recent assays, reagents, and automated chemistry tracks (e.g., Roche, Siemens, Abbott). Work with DoctorC’s tech/product teams to refine auto-verification algorithms and digital LIMS workflows.
Requirements
Education: MD or DNB in Biochemistry (registered with NMC / Telangana State Medical Council).
Experience: 2–4 years of post-MD/DNB experience in an automated diagnostic laboratory or hospital setting.
