Escora Holidays is looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers, promoting travel packages, handling inquiries, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Explain tour packages, travel services, and promotional offers to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Prepare quotations and assist customers with booking procedures.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/sales reports.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
Assist in social media and promotional activities when required.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, WhatsApp Business).
Solid sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, tourism, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
