Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
Plan and manage digital marketing activities across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activities.
Manage the company’s social media presence and online brand reputation.
Create and oversee marketing content, including website content, blogs, advertisements, brochures, and campaigns.
Plan and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports using relevant KPIs.
Work closely with sales, product,



design, and other teams to achieve business objectives.
Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners when required.
Organize promotional activities, events, webinars, and other brand-building initiatives.
Identify current marketing opportunities and recommend strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid project management and organizational abilities.
Creative thinking combined with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
