Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of the assigned floor.
Coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, front office, and other departments.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of patient areas.
Monitor patient admission, discharge, shifting, and related floor activities.
Ensure beds, rooms, equipment, and required facilities are ready before patient admission.
Address patient and attendant concerns professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and work performance.
Ensure proper handover and takeover between shifts.
Maintain required floor-level records, registers, and documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments regarding patient requirements.
Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, safety protocols, and service standards.




Report operational issues and incidents to the management/concerned department.
Support management in maintaining a positive patient experience.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare industry.
Graduate/Diploma in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or a related field will be preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust team-handling and coordination abilities.
Valuable knowledge of hospital operations and patient care processes.
Ability to handle patient/attendant concerns professionally.
Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
