Job Title: Business Development Manager Embedded Systems

Role-

Drive recent business and account growth for embedded, firmware, and middleware engineering services across semiconductor, OEM, and automotive clients.

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure for embedded systems design, firmware, and related VLSI-adjacent engineering engagements.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop current client relationships in embedded systems, IoT, and Automotive engineering.

Understand client technical needs (RTOS, device drivers, BSP, low-power embedded design) well enough to shape solution proposals with delivery teams

Represent the company at industry events, conferences & networking events

Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical leads to craft RFP/RFI responses and win strategies





Track competitive landscape and market trends in embedded/semiconductor services

Requirements

3–8 years in technology sales/business development, with embedded systems or semiconductor services domain experience
Comes with relevant industry and client connections
Proven track record of closing engineering services deals (T&M;, ODC, turnkey)
Strong understanding of embedded software/hardware engineering lifecycle

Valuable to Have

Europe or US market exposure

Existing network with OEMs or semiconductor companies

Prior experience with a VLSI/semiconductor engineering services firm
