Job Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Humanities lessons to postgraduate students (PGT) in line with the institute’s curriculum.
Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools that foster critical thinking and analytical skills.
Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and capstone assignments, ensuring academic rigor and originality.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress in accordance with institutional policies.
Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development committees, and career development workshops.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Humanities disciplines and integrate innovative teaching methodologies.
Contribute to extracurricular activities such as seminars, workshops, and cultural events to enrich the campus learning setting.
