Key Responsibilities:
Plant Operations
Monitor and control plant operations (raw mill, kiln, cement mill, and auxiliaries) to achieve targeted production levels.
Maintain optimal process parameters to ensure equipment reliability and product quality.
Coordinate with shift operators and maintenance teams for smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.E./B. Tech, Diploma in Chemical, or Production Engineering / Cement Technology
10 -15 years in cement plant / production operations
