Raj Riviera Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our beverage division. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional hospitality experience and need a solid leader to maintain our high standards of service, quality, and atmosphere.

​What You Will Do
​Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring a welcoming and high-energy setting for guests.
​Lead, train, and manage the bartending and service staff.
​Manage beverage inventory, supplier relations, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
​Develop and update seasonal drink menus, ensuring quality and consistency.
​Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and local licensing regulations.

​What We Are Looking For
​Minimum 2+ years of experience in bar management or a senior supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
​Strong working knowledge of mixology, spirits, inventory management, and POS systems.
​Excellent communication and leadership skills.
​Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
