We are hiring an experienced and energetic School Principal for a CBSE-affiliated Residential School located in Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, academic expertise, and experience in managing overall school operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage overall Academic and Non-Academic school activities
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the school
Develop and implement standardized curriculum and academic planning
Monitor teaching methodologies and student performance
Encourage parent involvement and maintain robust stakeholder relationships
Revise and implement school policies and procedures
Manage school budget and administrative operations
Hire, train, evaluate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff
Oversee school discipline, infrastructure, and facilities management
Ensure smooth functioning of residential school operations

Eligibility Criteria:




Maximum 10 years of experience as a School Principal
Qualification: Any Postgraduate Degree with B.Ed. / M.Ed.
Experience in CBSE schools preferred
