Job Role : Business Development Associate (Trophy & Corporate Gifting)

Location: Bangalore

Candidates should have prior experience in Sales & marketing.

Job Type: Full-Time (In-person)

Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance based incentives

Experience: 0 – 4 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply)

Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries from start to finish.
Understand client requirements and suggest creative trophy and corporate gifting ideas.
Meet corporate clients (HR, Admin, and Marketing teams) virtually or in person.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order delivery.
Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, and other digital tools to create presentations, design concepts, marketing content, and sales materials.

Eligibility :
0 – 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Client Handling.




Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Solid verbal and written English communication skills.
Creative mindset with an interest in design and corporate branding.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, and other digital platforms to generate ideas, write content, and create visual concepts.
Willing to travel within Bangalore for client meetings.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
