Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, manage the sales team, and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B sales, digital services, client acquisition, lead conversion, negotiation, and sales team management. The candidate will be responsible for building a predictable sales pipeline and ensuring the team consistently meets its targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify current business opportunities and potential market segments.
Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Sales Team Management
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
Set individual and team-level sales targets.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.
Conduct regular sales reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
Identify skill gaps and support team development.
Establish and maintain a structured sales process.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Review lead quality and conversion rates.
Improve sales pitches, proposals, and negotiation strategies.
Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Participate in significant client meetings and negotiations.
Understand client requirements and ensure appropriate solutions are proposed.
