We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities
Develop new customers and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
Visit manufacturing industries, CNC/VMC machine shops, fabrication companies, automotive, engineering, and other industrial customers.
Understand customer machining requirements and recommend suitable cutting tools, tool holders, metalworking fluids, and related products.
Generate current enquiries through customer visits, references, cold calling, and market development.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical discussions at customer locations.




Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into orders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Regularly follow up on samples, trials, pending enquiries, and repeat orders.
Develop current accounts and expand business with existing customers.
Coordinate with suppliers, internal sales teams, and technical teams for customer requirements.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries effectively.
Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, products, and market developments.
Maintain daily visit reports, enquiry status, sales reports, and customer databases.
