Role & responsibilities
Family Creation: Develop standard and project-specific Revit families alongside the Lead Modeler.
Modeling & Documentation: Execute effective electrical modeling, documentation, and layout input based on marked-up drawings.
Coordination & Cleanup: Clean background models, integrate backgrounds from other trades, and collaborate with Coordinators and Detailers.
Quality Control: Supervise input workflows, back-check, and validate all work for accuracy before team handoff.
Scheduling: Assign and schedule tasks to meet project deadlines.
Preferred candidate profile
Core Software: Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit (families, views, schedules, filters, work sets, and work-sharing).
Additional Tools:
Proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks and Autodesk Design Review.
BIM & Design Knowledge: Deep understanding of BIM workflows, 3D layout, design, and multi-trade coordination.
Advanced Skills: Ability to create parametric families, use shared parameters, and build complex geometry.
Technical Skills: Fluency in reading 2D plans (electronic/hard copy) and navigating 3D spaces.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for skilled interaction across all organizational levels.
