Job Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Telesales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Allocate leads to team members and ensure timely and effective follow-up.
Monitor daily calling activity, lead conversion, sales performance, and individual productivity.
Guide Telesales Executives on customer handling, product knowledge, objection handling, and sales techniques.
Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Track team KPIs such as calls made, leads contacted, quotations shared, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue generated.
Ensure proper and timely follow-up of all leads and minimize lead leakage.
Support team members in handling difficult customers and closing high-value or challenging cases.
Coordinate with the Operations/Insurance team for quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and customer requirements.
Ensure accurate CRM/data entry and maintain proper records of leads and sales activities.




Identify underperforming team members and provide appropriate training and performance improvement support.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly team performance reports with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical calling practices.
Drive team motivation through regular targets, contests, recognition, and performance discussions.
Help management identify prospects to improve the telesales process and increase conversion rates.
Take ownership of the overall team's sales target and performance.
