Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities at the plant.
Handle and manage factory workers and allocate work as per production requirements.
Monitor production targets, quality standards and workflow.
Ensure proper handling and use of raw materials, machinery and equipment.
Maintain discipline, safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.
Coordinate with management regarding production status and operational issues.
Maintain basic production, attendance and daily work records.
Requirements:
Experience in any steel or manufacturing industry is required
Solid knowledge of factory operations and production processes.
Valuable leadership and team-handling skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage workers and ensure smooth production operations.
