Build and maintain robust relationships with companies for regular hiring requirements.
Source and collect job openings suitable for students and freshers.
Understand company requirements and identify suitable student profiles.
Share relevant student resumes with recruiters and HR teams.
Coordinate interviews, technical rounds, HR rounds, and recruitment drives.
Schedule interviews and ensure students attend the recruitment process.
Follow up with companies regarding interview results and selection status.
Maintain student placement records and regularly update placement trackers.
Guide students regarding job opportunities,

Maintain regular communication with placed and shortlisted students.
Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
Prepare weekly and monthly placement reports.
Achieve placement targets and improve the number of company tie-ups and student placements.
3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Placement Coordination or a similar role.
Strong understanding of IT job roles and technologies.
Positive network with IT recruiters and HR specialists.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
