We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships, understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery of digital marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong and skilled relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements, expectations, and business goals.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with creative, marketing, design, and content teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Regularly communicate project updates, progress, and requirements to clients.
Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Follow up with clients for approvals, content, feedback, and other project requirements.
Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Conduct regular client follow-ups and maintain proper communication records.
Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and business growth.
