Knowledge of measuring instruments such as:
Vernier caliper
Micrometer
Height gauge
Bore gauge
Dial gauge
CMM, if applicable
Work with Production and Process Engineering teams to reduce rejection and rework.
Conduct first-piece/first-off inspection and process audits.
Monitor quality trends and implement improvement actions.
Knowledge of CNC/ VMC machines and the process.
Ability to work in a production workplace and in shifts, if required.
Working Hours -10 to 12 Hours
