10+ years of experience in Technical Business Analysis or Product Management within Brokerage or a related financial services domain.
Experience in defining end-to-end business processes and data flows.
Experience creating process flow diagrams using relevant tools.
Strong data analysis and data modelling skills.
Product Management
57 years of experience in product development or product management.
Ability to translate business requirements into explicit technical/product requirements.
Blockchain & Digital Assets

Knowledge of:
Blockchain infrastructure
Tokenization platforms
Digital asset services
Ethereum
Polygon
Hyperledger
Canton

Candidate should understand how blockchain protocols can be used to support specific financial product requirements.
Agile & JIRA
Strong experience with JIRA.




Experience writing detailed User Stories.
Ability to define comprehensive Acceptance Criteria for development and QA teams.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Positive understanding of Agile ceremonies.

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in regulated financial services or FinTech.
Knowledge of DvP (Delivery versus Payment).
Understanding of tokenized securities workflows.
Experience with digital asset products.
