Seeking enthusiastic Freshers and Experienced HR Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. Responsible for sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels, screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates, negotiating offers, following up throughout the hiring process, and maintaining candidate data in the ATS. Candidates should have valuable communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to recruit for both IT and Non-IT positions. Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply. Experienced recruiters with staffing, consultancy, or corporate recruitment experience are also welcome.
