5+ years of hands-on experience in production-grade data engineering on AWS or GCP.
Solid proficiency in SQL and Python for ETL/ELT pipelines.
Experience with data modeling, schema design, performance tuning, and data quality practices.
Hands-on with cloud services like AWS Glue, EMR, Athena, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, S3, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage.
Familiarity with Spark, Kafka, Hive or equivalent big data ecosystems.
Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).
