Role Summary

The Associate - Licensing (Brand Assurance) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end approval process for licensed products, ensuring all designs and products comply with brand guidelines established by licensors. This role serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and licensor Brand Assurance teams, driving timely approvals while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and solid attention to detail throughout the product development lifecycle.

Candidates from Data Entry, Operations, Back Office, Coordination or Marketing backgrounds are welcome

Roles & Responsibilities

● Act as the primary point of contact for Brand Assurance and Approvals teams of licensors such as Disney, Warner Bros., and other licensed partners.





● Coordinate and manage product submissions through various approval stages, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with licensors.

● Develop a strong understanding of individual intellectual property (IP) guidelines, style guides, and brand requirements to ensure compliance across all product categories.

● Track approvals, revisions, feedback, and timelines through internal trackers and approval management systems.

● Maintain accurate documentation and records of approvals, correspondence, and version histories.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
