Executive to Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and skilled Executive to Director to provide administrative and coordination support to the Director. The candidate will manage schedules, communication, documentation, follow-ups, meetings, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, employees, and business associates on behalf of the Director.
Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and important communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting notes.
Maintain confidential company and business information.
Follow up with different departments on tasks assigned by the Director.
Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-up on decisions.
Maintain records, files, and important documents.




Assist the Director with real estate-related business activities and coordination.
Handle other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/MBA preferred.
2–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Executive, or similar role.
Real Estate industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and email communication.
Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
Professional personality with positive confidentiality and time-management skills.
Comfortable working from Dalhousie, Kolkata.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
