We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineer / Software Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS platform through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer with 2–6 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing web-based SaaS applications, identifying defects, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements, functional specifications,



and technical documentation.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
Validate bug fixes and ensure defects are resolved before production deployment.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Business Teams.
Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
Ensure software meets quality standards before release.
Continuously improve testing processes and recommend quality improvements.
