Job Summary

We are looking for a agile, responsible, and student-focused Nishtha Academy Coordinator to manage and coordinate coaching programs for IAS, Civil Services, Banking, SSC, and Railway examinations.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication, coordination, counselling, administrative, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage students, faculty, batches, admissions, and daily academy operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Batch Coordination
Coordinate coaching programs for IAS, Civil Services, Banking, SSC, and Railway examinations.
Prepare class schedules, batch timings, faculty timetables, and academic calendars.
Ensure smooth and timely conduct of classes.
Monitor syllabus completion and academic progress.
Coordinate tests, mock examinations, doubt-clearing sessions, seminars, and workshops.
Ensure timely availability of study materials.

Student Counselling & Support
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, batches, examinations, and career prospects.




Handle student enquiries and provide appropriate course guidance.
Maintain regular communication with students regarding classes, tests, study materials, and announcements.
Monitor student attendance, feedback, and academic performance.
Address student concerns and coordinate with faculty/management for solutions.

Admission & Lead Management
Support the admissions team in handling enquiries and student admissions.
Follow up with prospective students and parents.
Maintain records of enquiries, admissions, batches, and student details.
Support achievement of admission and enrolment targets.

Faculty Coordination
Coordinate with faculty members regarding schedules, classes, tests, and academic requirements.
Arrange replacement classes when required.
Collect faculty feedback regarding student performance.
Ensure effective communication between faculty and students.
