Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Corporate Relations team to achieve placement goals.
Build and maintain relationships with HRs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, and Founders.
Develop strategic corporate partnerships and drive bulk hiring initiatives.
Plan and execute corporate engagement strategies to maximize placement prospects.
Monitor team performance, corporate outreach, and company visit conversions.
Coordinate with branch teams for seamless placement execution.
Track performance through MIS reports and implement continuous improvements.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
