Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Engineer (E2) based in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be robust in Linux and troubleshooting, capable of handling production issues, and have working knowledge of Kubernetes environments. Basic automation skills are expected to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and handle production alerts across application, platform, and infrastructure
Perform deep troubleshooting on Linux systems to identify and resolve issues
Own incidents end-to-end and ensure quick recovery (MTTR focus)
Support and operate Kubernetes environments
Analyze logs/metrics using observability and monitoring tools for root cause identification
Contribute to automation (Ansible / Python / Bash) for repetitive tasks
Support deployments and validate system health post-release




Maintain runbooks and troubleshooting documentation
Work in Agile/Scrum model stand-ups, sprint tasks, and updates

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Operations / SRE / DevOps
Mandatory: Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
Experience in production issue debugging — logs, system, and infra level
Working knowledge of AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC)
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Observability, Prometheus, Grafana)
Basic automation skills using Ansible / Python / Bash
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Valuable to Have
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP)
