Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling
Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their academic background and career goals.
Provide personalized guidance on suitable courses, programs, and learning pathways.
Explain program features, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities in a transparent and engaging manner.
Lead Engagement Follow-ups
Handle assigned student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and support them throughout the decision-making process.
Schedule counseling sessions and demo classes for prospective students.
Admission Support
Guide candidates through the admission process, including application forms, documentation, and fee-related queries.
Ensure timely completion of enrollment formalities and provide a smooth admission experience.
CRM Reporting
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment status in the CRM system.
Track daily activities and update progress reports as required.
Qualifications
Skills Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in admission counseling, student counseling, customer engagement, or a similar role (education sector preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple student inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
