Key Responsibilities
Workflow Management: Delegate daily tasks, manage team schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team metrics, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct formal evaluations.
Training & Onboarding: Guide current hires through job duties, tools, and company policies.
Conflict Resolution: Mediate workplace disputes professionally and support team morale.
Communication: Relay upper management directives downward and report team progress or hurdles upward.
