Job Summary

Warehouse cum Dispatch Incharge - Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are seeking a skilled and motivated skilled capable of managing warehouse activities, inventory movement, dispatch coordination, and related documentation. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse receiving, storage, stock movement, and dispatch activities.
Coordinate timely dispatch of materials according to delivery schedules and requirements.
Maintain accurate stock, inward, outward, and dispatch records.
Verify quantities and documentation before materials are dispatched.
Monitor inventory levels and support periodic physical stock verification.
Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth material movement.
Ensure proper storage, identification, handling, and organization of warehouse materials.
Prepare warehouse and dispatch reports and escalate stock or delivery discrepancies.
Required Skills
Warehouse Operations: Ability to manage routine receiving, storage, material handling,



and dispatch activities.
Dispatch Management: Knowledge of dispatch planning, material verification, and shipment coordination.
Inventory Control: Ability to maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory movement.
Documentation: Ability to maintain inward/outward registers, dispatch records, and supporting documents.
MS Excel Reporting: Working knowledge of spreadsheets for inventory tracking and operational reports.
Preferred Skills
Experience coordinating with transporters and logistics teams.
Familiarity with ERP or warehouse/inventory management software.
Knowledge of stock reconciliation and physical inventory procedures.
Experience

The position requires 3 years of experience. Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stores, dispatch, or logistics operations would be suitable for the responsibilities of this position.
