18+ years of experience in the Life Insurance industry, with substantial and relevant experience specifically in driving Agency channel strategy
Proven track record of leading large-scale, Pan-India agency recruitment, advisor development, productivity or transformation programs.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-quality advisor/FC franchises, including Top Advisor and MDRT pipelines.
Experience in quality recruitment, advisor activation, career progression, productivity enhancement and retention.
Robust understanding of Agency strategy, advisor economics, productivity levers and the competitive Agency landscape.
Experience in building Elite/Premier Advisor or similar differentiated advisor models will be strongly preferred.
