BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open - candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered - this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

A BA with positive exposure to origination/lending platform design and customer journeys. Awareness of the clients core systems and ways of operating is preferred.
Responsibilities
Gather and document requirements for origination/lending platform design initiatives
Analyze customer journeys across Cards, Loans, and Mortgages workstreams
Support fraud-related process and systems analysis across relevant delivery initiatives
Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to translate needs into explicit requirements
Support requirement validation and delivery tracking throughout the project lifecycle
Required / Must-Have Skills
Exposure to origination/lending platform design and customer journeys
Exposure to delivering projects in the areas of Cards, Loans, and Mortgages
Preferred / Positive-to-Have Skills
Awareness of the clients core systems and ways of operating is highly desirable
