About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern who is interested in learning about real estate research, sales, marketing, and business development. The intern will work directly with senior leadership and get hands-on exposure to real estate projects and the overall property business.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct real estate market and property research.
Research locations, projects, developers, pricing, and market trends.
Assist the team with lead generation and customer follow-ups.
Support real estate marketing activities, content, and campaigns.
Assist in preparing property/project presentations and research reports.
Coordinate with clients, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders when required.
Work closely with senior leadership on research, business development, sales, and strategic assignments.
Accompany on real estate development and project site visits to understand projects, construction progress, location,



and development potential.
Collect and organise project information and maintain records.
Assist with competitor and market analysis.
Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and other relevant channels.

Requirement
Solid spoken and written English communication skills.
Valuable research and analytical abilities.
Interest in real estate, sales, marketing, and business development.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Willingness to travel for property and development site visits.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.

Duration: 3 Months

Location: IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
