Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage the end-to-end HR functions of our Chartered Accountancy firm. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills, along with experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee files and HR records.
Update employee database and attendance records.
Handle KYC documents and employee documentation.
Maintain leave, probation, and confirmation records.
Payroll & Compliance Support
Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and reimbursements.
Assist in PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, and Labour Law compliances (if applicable).




Maintain statutory HR records.
Performance Management
Track employee probation and confirmations.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Maintain performance records.
Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries and grievances.
Promote a positive workplace culture.
HR Administration
Draft HR policies and SOPs.
Maintain office discipline and attendance.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Handle exit formalities including resignation, full & final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR practices is preferred.
