Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Head of Marketing / GM Marketing to lead the organization's digital, performance and brand marketing initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for driving student acquisition, revenue growth, brand visibility and marketing ROI across digital and offline channels.



This is a high-impact leadership position requiring solid expertise in performance marketing, brand building, media buying, analytics and team/agency management.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Lead digital marketing initiatives including:
SEM
PPC
SEO
ASO
Affiliate Marketing
Performance Marketing
Media Buying
Drive student acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue growth.
Plan and execute integrated brand and performance marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage campaigns across self-serve digital platforms and third-party media, including OTT and publisher platforms.
Establish and monitor key marketing KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and cost efficiency.
Lead marketing initiatives across multiple branches and geographies.
