About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, attendance, leave management, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and processes.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/interview rounds.




Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate the joining formalities of selected candidates.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Conduct joining formalities and employee documentation.
Ensure all required employee documents are collected and properly maintained.
Coordinate induction and orientation programs for current employees.
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
Explain company policies, rules, benefits, and procedures to current employees.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and leave records.
Maintain monthly attendance and leave reports.
Coordinate with employees and managers regarding attendance or leave-related concerns.
Provide accurate attendance data for payroll processing.
