Job description:

PompeeVFX Animation Studios is looking for a skilled and creative 3D Generalist with 2+ years of qualified experience to join our growing team. This role requires solid expertise in modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, along with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

Create high-quality 3D assets, including modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation, as per project requirements.
Work on various aspects of 3D production, such as lighting, rendering, and compositing.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to meet project deadlines and ensure visual consistency.
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to 3D workflows.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the pipeline requirement.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a 3D Generalist.
Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Blender,



Maya, 3ds Max, or Houdini,~
Strong knowledge of texturing tools like Substance Painter or Photoshop.
Familiarity with rendering engines like Arnold, Redshift, or Unreal Engine.
Basic understanding of compositing in After Effects or Nuke.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and adapt to project changes.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your 3D work is required.
