We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Integration Engineer with robust expertise in integrating ServiceNow platforms with enterprise applications, monitoring tools, and infrastructure systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and external enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API based integrations.
Define and implement integration workflows across infrastructure, monitoring, and automation tools.
Enable real-time data synchronization between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and other third-party applications.
Work closely with IT operations, infrastructure, and application teams to gather integration requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across integrations.
Support troubleshooting,
enhancements, and optimization of integration solutions.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development/Integration.
Solid experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with MID Server and ServiceNow integration frameworks.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
Understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and enterprise application integrations.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
ServiceNow CSA Certification.
Exposure to automation and orchestration tools.
Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
