About ACS Consultants

ACS Consultants is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment and a robust understanding of the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing to offer closure.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/clients to clarify requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate compensation and assist with offer closure.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and turnaround times.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR or related qualification will be an advantage.
