Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate should have a good understanding of recruitment procedures, robust communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding coordination.
Understand and follow company recruitment policies and procedures.




Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Good understanding of recruitment procedures and HR practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good technical skills and proficiency in MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
Professional attitude and strong coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and work within deadlines.
Good negotiation and candidate-management skills.
Experience in retail, jewellery, or related industries will be an added advantage.
