Formenzaa Studio is looking for a proactive and organized intern to assist with day-to-day business, client coordination and furniture project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
Coordinate with clients, interior designers and architects
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing, samples and timelines
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries
Maintain client, vendor and project trackers
Assist with project coordination and day-to-day business activities
Support the founder/team with sales, sourcing and business development

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills




Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets & PowerPoint
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
Interest in furniture, interiors, architecture or luxury products is a plus

Freshers are welcome. Potential for a full time chance based on performance.
