Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives involving database migration, application modernization, and cloud adoption. The ideal candidate should have a solid combination of technical understanding, project/program management, delivery governance, and client stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology transformation projects.
Manage fixed-price projects with ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and delivery.
Drive database migration initiatives such as:
Oracle to PostgreSQL
MS SQL Server to PostgreSQL
Manage Java monolith to microservices transformation programs.




Drive and govern cloud adoption and migration initiatives.
Lead distributed onsite and offshore teams across multiple workstreams.
Conduct Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Release Planning.
Establish project governance, reporting, metrics, RAID management, and escalation mechanisms.
Manage client and senior stakeholder communication and ensure timely resolution of project issues.
Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, quality issues, and delivery challenges.

Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management / Program Management.
Solid experience managing enterprise technology transformation programs.
Hands-on understanding of database migration and application modernization.
Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and/or MS SQL Server migration programs.
Understanding of Java, Microservices, Cloud, DevOps,
